1. What is starlightdress.com?

starlightdress.com is an online ladies e-boutique. We are based in Singapore and have customers who order from us from around the region.

2. How can I place an order?

After you have choosen your favourite pieces, simply drop us a comment at the bottom of the page or drop us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . You may either wait for our invoice to make payment or you may also directly make bank transfer to our designated bank account. (item price + $1.50 postage fee + Registered Mail fee $2.30 - if preferred) After receiving your payment, products will be sent to you within 2-3 working days. 3. Can I order by phone?

We process all our orders via your comment confirmation on our webpage and our email add ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ). It is more efficient to us to communicate online as we will required exact details of your mailing address and other details to process the order for you. Once we have recieived your comment or email, we will reply you within 24 hours.

4. Do you have any minimum quantities or order amount requirements?
No. There is no mininum quantity for your purchase. However, if your purchase amount is more than S$60, you will be entitled to a free registererd mail and with a $5 Essential Brew dining voucher. 


5. How many times am I entitled to be rewarded the $5 voucher for introducing my friend?

For each New customers to StarLight Dress, you will be entitle to receive a $5 voucher* if your referred friend spends more than $50 and notify us that you have referred her / him to us with your full particulars  (full name, IC, Add, Phone no, email) within 3 Days. So if you introduce 2 friends, you will be entitle 2 e-vouchers. More terms and conditions for usage of the voucher is found on the "Tell A Friend" webpage.
