Payment Methods

after your payment has been made.
Please provide the following details:
- Product Reference No (example: JC7753 red) - The bank account that you have transferred to: DBS Savings or UOB Savings - Date and time of transaction - Amount that you have transferred - Your bank account no and account type - Internet banking nickname - Full Address that you wish the products to be mailed to All our prices are nett and priced in Singapore dollars.

We accept local bank (UOB/DBS/POSB) transfers for bank transfer (via ATM or internet banking). Should you wish to make payments via internet banking or ATM transfer to our bank account:

Important Note: Please kindly inform us by sending us an email after your transfer, stating your Order ID, transaction ID, email, full name, contact number and most importantly, to confirm your mailing address.
Billing
Starlight Dress ensures accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed and manually checked for errors. Delivery of Parcels
After you have received a confirmation of order, we will be sending you the items via our local mail provider, Singapore Post. Starlight Dress will take utmost care to pack your goods in proper protective plastic bags. All items are checked for defects and carefully wrapped to prevent damages in the mail process before delivery
We will send a confirmation email to you and will proceed to send out your item within 2-3 working days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery of parcels can be via (a) Normal Postage @ $1.50 (b) Registered Mail @ additional $2.30
As we're sure what you've chose is something you really like, we would strongly recommend you to opt for registered mail to ensure delivery of your purchase to your doorsteps. And this is just an additional of $2.30 above normal postage. In the event that your purchase item is lost, we will help our customers call up the post office to enquire about the item and try our very best to search for it. However, pls note that we're not responsible for any items lost via normal postage. For registered parcels, the article number and month/year of posting will be sent via email to customer after item has been sent. You may check the status of your mail at Registered Article Status
We are pleased to offer you free registered mail if you spend $60 and more in StarLight Dress e-boutique. And besides that, for our Starlight Dress customers, you will also be entitled to a $5 Essential Brew dining voucher if you spend more than $50 dollars at our online store. Cancellation of Orders, Exchange and Refunds
No cancellation, exchange or refund is allowed once the order is confirmed, submitted or paid by the customer.
